Shipping & Delivery

In stock products typically deliver within 1-5 business days, depending on the location to which the order is shipped. We have provided you with a tracking number to allow you to follow a product's delivery. Products within the same order may be delivered on different dates; you will be promptly notified of any backordered items. Please keep a close eye on your item's tracking until the package has been successfully delivered.

** Please note: a signature may be required at the time of delivery for high value orders and is at the discretion of the shipper to add this security feature to the shipment.

Exclusions: For orders to be shipped outside the contiguous U.S., such as Hawaii and Alaska, we do not ship to. 

Orders placed by 2:00pm Eastern Time will most likely be processed that day and we will notify you immediately if there are any delays or issues getting the order out as selected at checkout.

Unfortunately, orders shipping via LTL carriers are not able to be expedited due to their size and weight.

For items that are not in stock, expedited shipping may not be offered during the final steps of checkout. Although, we cannot receive the out of stock items quicker from the manufacturers, shipping from our location to yours may be upgraded at customer cost. To upgrade your shipping from standard to expedited, please contact us. Our customer experience specialists will be able to provide you with an expedited shipping quote, and will be able to further assist you by collecting payment and upgrading the shipment.

FedEx vs LTL Carrier

Charm Bath offers a wide variety of items of all shapes and sizes. As such, some items may be too large to ship with a carrier such as FedEx. Depending on the size of your items, your order may ship via FedEx or its LTL carrier. Here's more information about the different types of delivery companies:

For the majority of orders, especially for shipments of standard size and weight, FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground are our main methods of shipping. If your order can ship with FedEx, then this will always be the first option for us to deliver your product(s) to you.

Items that are larger in size or heavier in weight (specifically marked as such on our website) may have to be shipped with an LTL carrier. LTL freight carriers operate differently than ground shipments, and we want to make sure our customers are aware of the differences.

PRIOR to accepting and signing off on delivery, it is imperative to inspect all package(s) for any and all damages and/or missing items. Once you sign and the delivery is accepted, you are acknowledging the order has been received in good condition. *If the driver does not allow you to inspect all package(s) prior to signing, please notate "Subject to Inspection - Inspection Denied" when signing the delivery slip.

Any cases of missing or damaged items discovered after delivery, please contact customer service immediately, no later than 3 days after delivery, for further investigation.

Curbside Self-Service Truck:

This self-service delivery will cover the basics. Once your order is in the vicinity of your area, a delivery representative will contact you to set up a date and 4 hr window to deliver the order. The delivery truck will arrive to the curb outside of your residence during your scheduled window.

  •  Appointment Scheduling: The shipping company will contact you to organize a date and 4 hour appointment window once your order arrives at the local terminal; these windows are scheduled typically during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, occasionally Saturday.
  • Please note: If you are unable to be present for your scheduled appointment, you must notify the shipping company at least one full business day before delivery to cancel the existing appointment. Not being present for your scheduled appointment or not giving proper notice may result in re-delivery fees directly from the shipping company and are at customer cost.
  • Signature Required: Yes

 Lift Gate Service:

An experienced delivery member will unload the order by lowering it from the truck to the curb outside your home.

  • Appointment Scheduling: The shipping company will contact you to organize a date and 4 hour appointment window once your order arrives at the local terminal; these windows are scheduled typically during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, occasionally Saturday.
  • Please note: If you are unable to be present for your scheduled appointment, you must notify the shipping company at least one full business day before delivery to cancel the existing appointment. Not being present for your scheduled appointment or not giving proper notice may result in re-delivery fees directly from the shipping company and are at customer cost.

Inventory & Product Availability

The Charm Bath works very hard to provide you with accurate inventory information for all of our products, as we update our product inventory information continuously. If the product is out of stock, we also provide an approximate shipping/delivery time frame (such as "Usually ships in 2 weeks"). Please note, however, that Charm Bath relies on stock information from our distributors and therefore we cannot be 100% certain that the information is always accurate. Nevertheless, we pledge to do our best in providing you with up-to-date inventory information, both before and after you make an order.
